How will you deliver my order?
All furniture is dispatched complete.
Free delivery to the UK Mainland.
Large items are delivered by a courier or by a local haulage firm on a pallet.
Small items are despatched by Parcel Force using 48-hour tracked delivery.
Unfortunately large items cannot be shipped to the Highlands, Islands or N. Ireland.
I’m not happy with my order, what can I do?
If you wish to return your order item for any reason, I will refund your original payment in full, provided that you arrange and pay for the return delivery and that it reaches me within a month of despatching it to you, in the same condition as it was despatched in.
